The KBF did such a great job to my kitchen, I had them did the bathroom. The selections were great, no pressure, made sure I got what I wanted and any problems were addressed quickly. I would highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Factory to everyone. Denise was my salesman and he made sure I got my dream rooms, and wasted no time picking out tiles for floor, walls and backsplash. I'm sooo happy.
We just completed our master bath remodel with The Kitchen and Bath Factory. We love our new bath! It is gorgeous and fulfills our needs (storage and function). The team was great, we spoke to almost every team member who worked on our place and they were all really great people. Shane was the supervisor on the job and he was quick to answer any questions and fix any issues we had concerns with, he was wonderful to work with. Bad customer service. They sent me a rude email to confirm appointment and then never showed up or called ! Guess they don’t want my money
Horrible. The company is full of deceit and the overall job they do is substandard. They will attack you verbally and complain to you it's your fault. They will not take any ownership of their errors. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Yes, they have been in business for 15 years, but in the contracting business, that is really not that hard to do. If you use them, I hope you have a better experience than we did.
