I had a really disappointing experience with my recent extension service. I got extensions installed on June 17, and within 24 hours, several started popping out on one side. I called and left a message, but never got a call back. About a week later, I followed up through Instagram and was able to come in on July 2 to have them checked. I've been coming to The Kismet Co for a couple years now and am always leaving absolutely loving my hair and loving the experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming Lisa does a fantastic job everytime and she's just so nice i always know im in good hands with her! The environment is clean and happy and I just can't say enough good things about this place! 100% I recommend The Kismet Co!
