I was a longtime resident of The Kirkwood and had a wonderful experience living there. The maintenance staff is friendly, professional, and skilled. Management responds quickly and effectively whenever needed. This is surely one of the best rental experiences one can have in Bloomington, if not the best. We miss our neighbors and the staff!
We moved from Florida to this apartment sight unseen, other than a FaceTime tour. The unit and the building are better than expected: quiet, modern, well designed. Ahead of time, the rental agent Tania was immediately responsive to a number of questions about the unit, utilities, features, etc. When we arrived, Tania had everything ready for us for a smooth move-in. The location is prime, right downtown.
