I usually don't write reviews but this one, I couldn't let go! I made two appointments with this salon. One at 8:15 am and the other at 11:15 am, same day, two customers. We were at the salon at 8:00 am., the lights were off, and doors locked. At 8:15 I called to ask if someone was going to show up and for a call back. At 8:25 I called and got the voice mail again.
