This apartment complex is in an ideal location, for all your shopping and dining needs! The property is fantastic and offers great amenities for all guest to enjoy. Michael and Danielle were both fantastic to work with along the journey of welcoming us to the property, touring and completing the application process consistently providing helpful information. If you’re looking for your next spot to live, look no further than this property you’re not going to be disappointed!
I love living here. The office team and maintenance staff are great! They’re always willing to help and listen. My neighbors are friendly and it’s pretty quiet. I love having a 24/7 gym onsite and a dog park for my furry babies. I highly recommend living here.
Have lived here over a year and have positive things overall to say about this community. Truly, the maintenance team is great- super helpful, very friendly, and prompt. I have found the staff in the leasing office to be very kind and helpful, as well. This apartment complex is in an ideal location, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and I-95. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, with great amenities like a dog spa, pool, car wash, and an elegant clubhouse. The community is in a safe, pleasant area, which really adds to the overall experience. Danielle, the property manager, is consistently helpful and responsive, and the maintenance team clearly works hard to keep everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s a great place to live.
Two year resident. Since Mission Rock took over, this place has seriously gone downhill. The location is nice and the apartments are fine, but a lot with the management has seriously been lacking. Stolen packages, far fewer events, lack of communication when there will be closures, front office is regularly empty during their posted hours of operation.
