Writing my review having just moved in this December… Not only are the apartments beautiful, the location/community quiet, small, and tucked away… the management is beyond amazing. Special thank you to Mitchell Williams who exceeding all expectations of property management. Exceedingly helpful and exceedingly personable.
BE CAREFUL- WASTE OF TIME! I had a tour of these apartments scheduled originally for 4:00pm today. The leasing office emailed ME to ask if I wanted to change to 12:30, I said sure. When I arrived the leasing office was locked with a sign saying out for lunch. I watched over a dozen residents walk up to the doors sign and leave as I waited 10 minutes. I left an email got a bot response saying someone would get back to me, when someone did (i think?) They asked if my tour was for today or Monday. I should say I got MULTIPLE CO... read more
ITS A WONDERFUL WONDERFUL COMMUNITY, THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE TEAM ARE TOP NOTCH... THE PROPERTY IS REMARKABLE WITH MANY MANYMANY AMMENITIES
I especially want to highlight Michael — he’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I had a question or needed something handled, Michael took care of it quickly and with a great attitude. He’s the reason the community runs as smoothly as it does.
