If your tub is not sealed properly upon move in, make sure they seal it properly. Instead of sealing it properly they will just seal where it’s peeling. Months later it will go back to how it was. That being said if your tub starts doing this while living there have them seal it, and make sure they do it properly, because if not you’ll be charged $185 upon move out for someone coming up there for literally 5 mins to slap some sealant on it where it’s peeling. As a busy professional post-divorce, I’ve lived here for three years now, and the management/maintenance team are the best part. Apartments, amenities, and common areas are nice and well taken care of. Like everything in life, there are drawbacks and things we would prefer to be different, but all in all I’m very satisfied.
