I am a bald headed senior with a full beard. I went to the Courtice location (first time) for a beard trim. Sun did an excellent job on the beard. No complaints there. Instead of the $23.00 posted on the website for a beard trim, I was charged $51.98 (+ tip) because they cleaned up some "peach fuzz" off of my lower neck area and charged $29.00 extra for it. Most places either don't bother to do this, or as a courtesy, include it with the beard trim because I have no hair on my head. They also did not offer a seniors discount... read more
Booked a last minute appointment without a problem. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the price was reasonable. I can't wait to bring my son here for his first haircut later this year.
