What a fantastic getaway!! The pictures dont do it justice! And the help and customer service we received was top notch!! While you are definitely in the woods youre still not far from Nashville and we were able to spend a day there. When you stay be sure to try out the Viola Pizza Company! Oh and I cant forget to mention how incredibly comfortable the beds were!!
The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was absolutely fantastic!!! The views are to die for and the accommodations are like being at a boutique hotel. Jessie was so responsive and helpful every step of the way. He even checked in on us each day to see if we needed anything. We will be back for such but this time with friends.
This place has stolen money from me in the past, and not refunded me for a booking I cancelled. They said that cancellation was allowed within a certain amount of time, but if they can’t fill the booking they take your money and stop answering your calls, texts, and emails. Would not recommend.
This place stole $1,400 from me. I booked and then cancelled 4 hours later, (within their 15 day free cancellation window.) I was then still charged for the full $1,400, and still have not been refunded here 3 months later after much effort. After being told by the host that they would refund me, they went radio silent after realizing they wouldn't be able to sell the room to someone else. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS HOST!
My husband & I just stayed from Thursday-Sunday. We loved our time there. The site was very clean and secluded. The view is amazing. We liked being able to open the window at the bar area to cook and mingle in and out. The owner is very helpful and available. We even had a thunderstorm on the last night there. The tent did well and it was cool seeing the storm blow in from the valley. At night we sat out and watched two firework shows from in the valley as well.
