Professional and great environment to open up and heal from past trauma. I have seen Amy and she has always given me great advice and coping techniques for working through difficult situations. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family members. I do think so much of therapy is what you put in to it but I feel like my relationships and personal boundaries have greatly improved since putting in the work here.
DONT COME HERE.I wish zero stars were possible. if you want to actually get better find another place..horrible help from Dr.Amy. They offer little help with coping techniques and throughout multiple sessions she would talk about her own personal issues, not to mention the fact that I found out the advice I got for a 75 dollar session could’ve been bought with a 5 dollar children’s book she uses as reference.. literally (I’m an adult btw).
