Made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early and I sat there 40 minutes past my appointment time and no one ever showed up or returned my calls. Very unprofessional
Walked in from out of town. I was greeted immediately. 5 minutes and I was in the chair. Great atmosphere. I couldn't believe how great my hair looked after.
