Absolute above and beyond experience!! Went in for a rear bumper fix, gave me a courtesy car whilst waiting for job to be done. Staff were very accommodating and the Owner was so friendly!! I asked if, aside from the specified job whether they could quote me for a historic scratch on the passenger side. Turned up today both jobs were completed to total satisfaction and I worried about the cost, but the owner said no charge for the secondary job we were happy to help. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this garage. The owner made racist remarks that were completely unacceptable and deeply offensive. No one should have to tolerate that kind of behavior—especially from someone offering public services. I cannot in good conscience support a business that promotes or tolerates discrimination of any kind. I hope others think twice before giving their money to a place that lacks basic respect and decency.
