I started working with Rebecca when I had a knee injury and, with her help, gained back strength and mobility! Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable and all around great to work with.

Thanks to her I no longer live with severe back pain! She is amazing! If I’m sore on a particular day she can tailor a workout/make adjustments on the spot. If something hurts on a particular exercise she makes a slight adjustment and we can continue. I can’t thank Rebecca enough the positive impacts she has had on my physical well-being.
