Brian is exceptionally knowledgeable in the area of both obtaining and defending trademarks. He has obtained several trademarks on my behalf and more importantly defended one after it was put in jeopardy from the inaction of another lesser qualified Trademark Attorney. He is very conscientious about keep his costs reasonable and the personal attention he provides his clients in navigating difficult legal issues very helpful. I highly recommend him.

I first reached out to Brian February 25th of 2022. I had an issue with another company using a replica of my website, mission statement, etc. They went as far at to flag us a replica. Brian was very encouraging and seemed helpful in our 1st conversation. We spoke via Zoom on March 1st 2022. It went well and sent over an agreement I signed and return to retain his services.
