Brian is exceptionally knowledgeable in the area of both obtaining and defending trademarks. He has obtained several trademarks on my behalf and more importantly defended one after it was put in jeopardy from the inaction of another lesser qualified Trademark Attorney. He is very conscientious about keep his costs reasonable and the personal attention he provides his clients in navigating difficult legal issues very helpful. I highly recommend him.
