awful customer service. i’m an anesthesiologist. i had a 4pm appointment. i called to let them know im running a little late related to a patient of mine. i arrived 20 min late and they told me that they had a walk in. i said id be happy to wait. they said no me have to reschedule. they put a walk in in front of a scheduled appointment and treated me awful. contacted manager and they would not respond.
I was at Legacy for six weeks for temporary living with my daughter. We loved it there. The location and apartment were excellent. The front desk staff super friendly, as were the residents. The dog parks were great (though to those who don't clean up after their dog -- really? - don't be gross). Easy access to highways, shops and activities.
Amazing place!
Awful place. All the energy they use to police people should be used elsewhere.
