The apartment is beautiful, but despite claims of no racial bias, there's clear segregation against Black people. If you have issues with management, you'll see it firsthand. I was rudely told by Tyler, the manager, not to make gym videos, even though others were doing it without any complaints. I just had to maintain my cool because of my sister. Over all the apartment is beautiful but the staffs need to treat people better.
I just moved in to the Kincaid last week and I already love it. The apartment is beautiful and the views are very nice. The community is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is very helpful and made my move in easy. I needed a few small maintenance things upon move-in and maintenance came quickly and resolved the issues. I am very happy with my decision to move into the Kincaid!

Called to ask a few questions about leasing, the person on the phone seemed very defensive. Odd.
Highly recommend this apt building. Mgmt staff is very professional and accommodating to residents needs. Our maintenance staff is awesome. They are on top of all repair requests in a timely manner. The actual apartments are high quality and amenities are also what you would expect for the price.
