I signed up for 10 sessions with Brayden to help me get restarted with exercise after having a baby in my 40s and dealing with some injuries. He was fantastic to work with. I've trained with a variety of personal trainers over many years. I decided to give Kin Studio in my neighbourhood a try because I've learned how important it is to have a trainer with a kinesiology degree. I have been very pleased with the training I have received from Brayden Froese. He is excellent. Clear, organized, observant, focused, encouraging...I highly recommend Brayden.
