Two time satisfied customer! I worked with Stacie in 2020 to purchase my first home and had such a wonderful experience, my husband and I worked with Kim and Stacie again this year to sell our home and purchase a new one. Kim and Stacie are extremely responsive and helped us navigate a ton of wrenches thrown our way (a snowstorm, home repairs, and an insurance issue the day of closing!). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell with a friendly, professional, and expert real estate duo.
Kim and Stacie did a great job listing our property and walking us through the process. This took place during the Christmas holiday which is a very difficult time to sell and transfer a property. They guided us through the inspections and paperwork like the true professionals they are. This was our second sales experience with Kim and cannot recommend her and Stacie enough for their skill, kindness, and diligence.
Kim and Stacie were professional and paid attention to ALL of details. They were prompt in responses and handling any and all questions. There was a snafu with money transfer at closing (between the title company and the bank) and Kim was on top of it from the beginning in a very professional yet no nonsense manner. They didn't rest until the paperwork was handled at each and every stage of the sale. THANK YOU, Kim Hove Team for making this emotional sale such a smooth and easy process.
Kim and Stacie were amazing in both the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. They were very knowledgeable, responsive and made the whole process as easy as possible.
