When informed there was a conflict of interest with one of their therapists, they continued to let my Ex Wife (50/50 custody and high conflict) take my daughter to see this therapist, despite me (the insurance holder) informing them of this conflict and requesting my daughter not be allowed to visit with this therapist in the future.
I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. I had an appointment at 1130am. When I got there, I was informed that the person I would be meeting with was unable to make it into work due to the road conditions. Initially I was told “I left you a message that she was out”. (I never received a call or message). Then she took me into her office to reschedule the appointment. While we were there I questioned again about her calling me to cancel the appointment.
