Sleep training for baby will involve tears no matter which method you choose(I prepared). I thought having a psychologist to help they will analysis my baby reactions or Behavior more professionally, but not really. The training plan they give basically you can find it in any Sleep training book. When you apply the paln you will meet situations that you are not sure what to do,(my baby catch a cold During the second day of ST) and you need support and advice.
