We LOVE the kids fun factory in Bridgewater! The staff are very welcoming and have great customer service 🙂 I took my 3 children in yesterday (Saturday March 14th) and the 2 staff that were there were amazing, the manager and the woman with tattoos 😊, my daughter who is normally very shy with new people just loved them both! We came all the way from Sydney to check this place out and we were not disappointed, we will definitely be back, thank you!
The last time I went into the fun factory in Bridgewater was way before Christmas. The lady that was in there wasn't as friendly as I expected, but then I came in a couple of days ago and the two ladies that were there one was the manager and the other one had a tattoo on her face but they were very nice I had very great customer service. I did a mistake with my booking and the staff went above and beyond to make it work and save my daughter’s birthday party. I was very impressed by so much kindness and attention, they really care for the kids and make everyone happy. All the kids had a blast , thank you very much!
It's a great indoor playground
Taking 4 is alittle pricey but the smiles is so worth the small price of happiness
