Sadly this is the only place I can come to “at the moment” but today September 3rd there is no power there and I drove a half an hour away and took my children out of school all to go there to see a note on the door that says “no power, will call to reschedule”! We drove an hour this morning for my son’s scheduled appointment, only to arrive and find a handwritten note on the door stating that the office was closed due to a power outage. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients’ time. No one contacted us to let us know the appointment was canceled, despite having our contact information. We made a one-hour drive for an 8:30 AM appointment, only to find a note on the door. They took such great care of our fearful daughter who had been through a traumatic past with dental work. They explained the process to her and made her feel at ease. We have routine check ups at another location, but were happy to learn that the staff here were just as kind and dedicated to honesty, transparency, and comfort as we've come to expect from The Kids Denist.
