The staff here is great and works well with children, but unfortunately our experience with Dr. Assad was very disappointing. Both times my daughter needed fillings, he had poor bedside manner and seemed visibly frustrated and rushed. He even said to me, “I don’t know what to do with her anymore,” despite her being sedated and barely moving. At our last appointment, he tried to reschedule after she had already taken the medication and I had already paid. I understand having off days but this is a dental office specifically f... read more
We had an amazing experience with this dental office. Our daughter has special needs and struggles a lot with medical and dental procedures, but the entire staff handled everything perfectly from start to finish. Everyone was absolutely amazing, patient, kind, and understanding of her needs. She needed to have the procedure done in the OR under general anesthesia, which was understandably stressful for us as parents, but the team made the entire process feel so easy and comfortable. I took my son here for his first dental appointment! The staff is very friendly and the environment is perfect for children. Our hygienist Beth did an excellent job at making our first experience laid back and stress-free. Dr. Kramer was very kind, professional and patient. Was my first time taking my daughter to the dentist she was super nervous. The staff made sure she was comfortable and felt safe and relaxed. It was a great visit. Can't wait to go back.
The Kid’s Dentist provides great service and the staff is excellent with children! They are kind, gentle, and accommodating so I’m so pleased we found them! My now six year-old son had a terrible experience with another local dentist years ago, which traumatized him for a few years. However, once we started going to The Kid’s Dentist he told me he finally enjoys going to the dentist and is no longer terrified, which is a significant statement for him to make!
