Drive over an hour to bring my kids! AMAZING DENTISTS AND STAFF!
This place is horrible!!! First they treated me like a failure because my autistic son hates me flossing. Then they wanted to put him to sleep to pull a baby tooth. I then said I was going to ask his doctor about this. I didnt not schedule that appointment because why traumatize him when its a baby tooth and will fall out!!!!! I called to schedule my other son and was told " family dismissed, dont schedule " it was not even the same kid!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DISABILITY CHILD TO THEM!!!!!!
Do not go here. Multiple issues with us being billed when our insurance is in-network with them, they claim everything was 100% covered then we got billed for the past 3 times we've gone, each time I call they tell me it's my insurance when it is really on their end. They are not accurate with processing our claims correctly nor take responsibility.
Dr Al Saad is the absolute best! And the office is always decorated so well, we all love coming here
