Just want our community to know that Kids Dental is just the best. My child has special needs and because of staff and the wonderful providers his experience is always positive, just feel so happy to be connected to the Phoenix office.
The doctor, a pretty dark hair lady was quick with us, tried to sell a tongue and lip tie surgery by making me worry and did not make me feel comfortable. She has a lack of empathy and bedside manner is lacking.

My family and I are new to this kids dental office today was my sons first visit he’s 11 years old he is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder with ADHD, I was running a couple minutes late so I called and they still toke me in :) Mitchell was our assistant today I let her know my concern about my son’s diagnosis and she did so amazing with him!! I edited my review so that their response can speak for itself. Where are your rebuttal responses to the other low-rating customers? Why just respond to mine? It's likely because whoever responded is whom I spoke to on the phone. Your response started professional but quickly went left. This could have been an email, or you could have stopped at the first two sentences.
