I’ve called over and over and left numerous messages with no call back. A few months ago I called to set up an out of hospital follow up. They refused to make the appointment until they had the discharge orders. Never called back. We did have an appointment for 3 weeks out and ended up just waiting until then. We also had an app where we discussed meds that another doctor wants them on Dr Kwoh said he was texting the other doctor about it during our appointment. The other doctor said he never heard from him.

I have tried for months to get Dr. Kwoh’s office to either answer the phone or return my calls to no avail. I’ve been waiting for test results for 3 months! I finally had to request a copy from the hospital myself to get them, but I still don’t know what they mean, because it’s impossible to reach Dr. Kwoh or his medical assistant. How does he even stay in business?

Very observant and kind caring doctor. Understanding and knows his medications and relates to my other doctors.
