Very professional and caring staff. They make you feel like family.
Good luck getting in here. I called weekly after my primary referred me. They pushed me off for a month saying they had my referral but it had to go through their system. Then after a month they said they didn't know when they could schedule but would call me when they were able to. Gaslighted me for a month and now I need to get my primary to send me some place else.
I'm treated very well. They take tome and explain everything to me. I really appreciate all they have done for me.
I was told the appt Cala deer was “down”, and when it was up again, I would receive notice of my appointment by mail. That was in May. I called them in June and was told I had to wait for the he mailed information. Half of July is over. I will not return. Dr Bains spoke rudely to me during the May appointment, and I would never recommend him to anyone. The appointment was a waste. No info. Just blew me off over my concerns and questions.
