I just took my 87-year-old mother-in-law in there. They have her insurance in the computer and her list of medication’s but the girl at the front desk refused to see her. Do you know how hard it is in an 87-year-old dementia patient out out of the house. I told the girl at the front desk she has dementia and she forgets things. And I asked if she would see her today she said like I said you need the insurance card and the medication list
