I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Autumn Schneider APRN. Her kindness, compassion, and professionalism are fantastic! When I was at DaVita Crestview Hills for hemodialysis 3 times weekly for AKI, she was the nurse checking on me for Dr. Kumar. Over a few weeks, my creatine levels had improved from 5.6 to 3.6. The next week, DaVita forgot to take my labs on Monday, as usual, and they finally did them on Friday morning. Since Thanksgiving was next week, my next dialysis was moved from Monday to Sunday. I feel so blessed to have KHC St Elizabeth in control of my hypertension kidney. I have so much trust and faith in Dr Motz and his staff. Friendly , professional and Dr Motz cares about my health.
When I go to see Dr Davis he is very informative and easy to talk to. His assistant is very friendly. I think they are some of the best.
The staff were quick and efficient. The doctor was very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions thoroughly and in terms I could understand. I felt that I was valued and that the doctor truly cared for my well-being. Thank you.
