Just left waited about and hour for nothing , really just a Dr.pepper. Went with my family a part of 4 . The place 1/4 full then it. Started to get busy . Never got out food eventually, I saw everyone get their food besides us so we ended up just leaving told the manager about what happened and told us just not to pay for the drinks.
Very very very poor atmosphere and customer service
Terrible service. I gave this place two chances, and both times were disappointing. The manager, was glued to his phone at a kiosk instead of overseeing the staff. Meanwhile, three younger employees were hiding behind the counter, leaving only one of them actually walking around assisting customers. Despite it being a steady but not busy period, we sat for 10 minutes without a single staff member passing by to take a water order. Definitely not worth the visit.
