I love this place! The trainers are amazing (Christa is THE BEST!), the setting with the open garage doors is better than any gym because the fresh air coming in is so awesome (and hope they never go away), and everyone here is so helpful and lovely and it's just such good energy. Good people. Dana and Ed have been nothing but welcoming since my first visit. I highly recommend it.

I’ve dropped in to this gym a few times when visiting town. This gym has unbeatable good vibes, everyone is friendly and the environment is so fun. You can get in some good training and technique here. I did a private session with JC and learned a lot. Coach Frankie is motivating and makes his class fun while pushing you to your best. I recommend this place for anyone looking to get in shape and learn how to box and kick box

Amazing facility, clean, with all the essentials, from double end to speed bags as well as a ring. Fantastic trainers, I can personally recommend Dangerous Dave, after receiving his training and tutelage for nearly 15 years it has been life changing, it remains one of the best forms of therapy and decisions I made in my life, an investment in myself that's paying in perpetuity, thanks Dave ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥊

This place is a hidden gem, for all levels and commitments to boxing. Great instruction, friendly people, it’s a welcoming community. Frankie is an excellent teacher... he will challenge you while making it fun.

Always a 5 star class with Franky. If you want a great workout come take his class. He will get you right. High paced and fun class.
