Kickboxing gym has been the best experience and caring and professional trainers. I am an older female who do not like some gyms atmospheres. Love Love my six am group and my Trainer Christa.It is a 24 hour accessible, however earlier at 6:00 am allows me the best time to attend. I feel like they are invested in my health, while taking inconsideration my limitations and level of fitness.
The Kickboxing Club has been incredible from day one. Each coach has a different approach they bring to their fighting/training style which keeps everyone dedicated and engaged. The coaches, staff, and fellow members are all very supportive and create a great environment to train.
I love it. Glad i decided to join. Great crew , great environment . Happy to be a proud member
This is an excellent gym if you are looking to improve your overall fitness, but especially for learning boxing and kickboxing technique. Coach JC is the best coach I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He really goes the extra mile to give training one on one that is honed for your individual needs, while also creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere!
This gym & community are phenomenal! The quality of services, people & facility are supreme. And classes are excellent— strength, kickboxing, boxing & my new favorite Self Defense Fit, with Jose. He’s incredibly knowledgeable & professional and so much fun! I learned so much. Looking forward to more! Feeling stronger & ready to take on the world 💪Everyone should have these tools in their back pocket.
