Amazing
1 Star might be extreme, but it's the only way to make a point here. The room was fine, shuttle was convenient, spa staff were really kind. But the outdoor pool heater was broken, the indoor hot tub was broken, and the outdoor hot tub jets were broken. We brought our three little ones and their whole plan was swimming which wasn't possible. Hotel is very old and dated. Rooms are very basic. We had a king room with no balcony or view. Bathroom was dated and water pressure was weak. There were a lot of things out of order like the hot tubs in the spa. On the plus side the hotel is very close to the ski mountain and a quick shuttle ride. Loved the water dispenser in the lobby and the game room in the restaurant. The restaurant was nicely furnished but food was mediocre
Went to the spa today and Bianca at the front desk is amazing! She was so welcoming and friendly! She really made the experience so relaxing for us! Got a deep tissue by Jeff and wow! AH-MAZING! Experience was so great from start to finish! Highly recommend and if in the area again, will def come back! Thank you Bianca for taking care of me and my sis in law today, treating us like queens! Thank you Jeff for the wonderful deep tissue! And oh, the lemongrass washcloth for your face after your service, omgggggg, I loved it!
