We came here for a spontaneous honeymoon. There was a hand-written card from the staff with a bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room when we arrived! The property is absolutely beautiful! My husband wanted to drive around and explore, but I just wanted to stay at our new home-away-from-home! We ended up staying an extra night!
Everything was excellent
We stayed at Keystone Lodge and Spa on July 24th and found the experience overall mediocre for the price. The bathroom had very minimal amenities, water pressure was poor, and the sink handle literally hit the wall in front of it. There was no air conditioning, and a sign instructed guests to prop the balcony door open and use a fan for cooling at night, which felt outdated for a resort in this price range. The location is great and convenient, but the overall experience was just okay. I found hair pins on the floor when I arrived, which made it clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The space felt a bit outdated, and parking was a hassle not very guest-friendly. Some rooms have nice views, but mine was a bit of a letdown. From a distance, I could spot some trees and greenery.
