I really don’t want to rate this place a 3, but I feel like I have to. Service was great, front desk staff was great, however, I did not like sleeping without air conditioning. Yes they had fans and they were accommodating, but air conditioning was VERY needed. The place that is next to the lodge, service was great, however the pancakes were not cooked all the way after sending it back for THREE TIMES! Great location, lots to do, just wish some things were better.
Keystone is one of those places that people return to year after year. With great views from every room and a very relaxing area. They host all kinds of venues from weddings to conferences. The staff are outstanding.
Regarding service.. we were told they have a complimentary shuttle service to the Keystone ranch for dinner. The shuttle driver ended his shift at 5pm and the on-call shuttle service does not go to the Keystone ranch restaurant. No uber in the mountains. So we drove ourselves and those in our party who could fit in my car (larger dinner party). So plan ahead, since their shuttle service is very limited.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Katie Dale the assistant manager was very helpful and has great customer service skills! The rooms were clean! You can’t beat the location right on keystone lake!
