I'm beyond happy to give this resort a five-star rating. The staff was absolutely amazing-professional, kind and genuinely caring. I am super happy we did not stay here. Rooms do not have a AC becuase they are in the mountains!? Ummm not everybody is the same. Espicslly if your going in the summer and for rooms to get up 80 inside espically if its group trip. I find it funny how its mostly elderly people who dont complain about the ac obviously . But not everyone is brittle. I say this becuase the receptionist is obviously a lot older snarled about me since I decided not to book becuase the no AC. No thank you. Overall, this hotel was well maintained for an older building, and the room and bed were comfortable. However in our two-night stay, we were not expecting the following to ruin our wedding anniversary trip thinking we would have a similar experience to other 4-star hotels we have been to: 1. They refused to clean our room unless we paid an additional $20 just because we spent 2 nights there instead of 3. I guess cleanliness is only a priority if they can make money off of the guest. El hotel está algo viejo, no hay servicio de bell voy, tienes que llegar bajar todas las maletas, llevarlas al cuarto, volver a subir a ir a estacionar el coche en el estacionamiento que está cruzando la carretera, creo que podrían contratar a 2 o 3 personas más para mejorar mucho en el servicio y poner a alguien que ayude a los huéspedes con las maletas, y otra persona de valet parking, para que llegues al hotel y te olvides de todo y disfrutes de una mejor manera, el espacio del clóset es reducido porque la mitad del clóse... read more
Walls are really thin, so you can hear your neighbors and people walking/talking in the hallway. Those are the only downsides. Rooms are otherwise very nice with large bathrooms. Our room was at the very end of a long hall, so it was a bit hard to walk with all of our ski gear and bags from the parking lot across the street to our room, so use the unload area by reception if you can. The parking lot is very large and also has a tunnel that goes underneath the road which is nice.
