Argumentative, wanted money upfront. Nothing worked and didn't credit me the amount I paid, was short a couple of bucks. I let it go just to get out of there.

I couldn't be happier with these guys. So easy to work with (we handled the entire transaction by text, and my keys arrived before noon the next day here in NY), and really fair prices, far lower than what dealerships would charge. Very friendly, informative, and professional. An easy grade to give: A+.
My mom bought me a Lion key, then I paid her to get a Jaguar key
