I don’t normally review businesses, but this is by far my favorite gym. I love the 24/7 access, the machines, and the option to be able to have my kids with me. The only *minor* complaint- if you go in the afternoon, there’s usually guys hanging out at the cable machines and/ or barbell racks for my whole workout. It’s hard to get those particular exercises in at that time, so I do try to go earlier in the morning. I do appreciate that it’s not crowded at all times, though. My experiences at The Key have been great. If you go during staffed hours, the staff are very helpful and kind. The equipment is clean and in working order. There are both weight machines and free weights. They have treadmills, ellipticals, a recumbent bike, and a stair stepper. They have a room with a lot of open floor space for classes, stretching, and more. There is also a room for a cycling class. The showers are clean. Overall, this is a small gym in a small town that has a surprising amount of options.

Love our gym. Small, but has everything you need. People typically leave you alone here, which is cool, because I'm not one to be social at the gym.
