Very pleased with Mr. Mason's service. He executed our uncles wishes exactly as we requested. We all thought the pricing was reasonable and that we received far more than we paid for. The staff was exceptional and the actual facility is clean and inviting. Also, great coffee too! We all felt very comfortable with Mr. Mason and his ability. We recently lost our 98 year old family member and her request was to have her arrangements at Kevin Mason‘s funeral parlor. The family cannot express how wonderful Kevin treated us. He was always there to answer our phone calls and gently guide us to make some difficult decisions. The mass, wake and ceremony couldn’t of been better planned. I would definitely give 5 stars and recommend Kevin to my friends and family.

I just want everyone to know that if they need a funeral director to help and have compassion at your difficult time, Kevin M. Mason will be here for you. Not only did we lose our Sister in May 2022, but her husband passed away just 11 months before that. Just a month after the loss of our Sister, their son took his own life in June 2022. The loss of his parents was too much for him to handle. Not to mention our family's loss of all three. I will say they are wonderful, kind, compassionate and very affordable. A true gem in Kaisertown. My sister passed and had her services there. It is nicely appointed and all the staff way attentive and always there to assist without interfering. Perhaps, a bit on the small side, but our chapel did accommodate about 50 for the service. Highly recommend and very satisfied under sad and difficult times.
