Dr MacFarlane is an excellent GP - she is compassionate, friendly and warm. I recommend her to all my friends in the area, she is the only GP I will see now.
Poor and conflicting communication regarding obtaining my results for a serious medical condition, where time is of the essence. Rude service and blind following of illogical rules that are self serving to the inefficient processes that this clinic has. Clinic doesn't respect patients rights to their information. Frustrating business to interact with.
Dr Manaan Kar Ray and Mon Kar Ray have helped me immensely to change my life for the betterment of me. Manaan and Mon have both taught me skills that have been life changing. I still have to pinch myself because I’m astounded at how I feel much happier and how I embrace life now because both Manaan and Mon have taught me the right tools to use to live life with AuDHD. Highly recommend the keperra clinic! Between the receptionist ladies and the doctors it's a friendly and welcoming environment. I've been going to this clinic since it opened and have never had an issue, cannot recommend enough
