TOO Expensive!!!! First off there are hardly ever any parking spots at night because the people from the other complexes park in the Kent’s spots. People from the the Palladium and people from the Tarkington Theater usually. Pool hours are not realistic.They told us that if we stayed in the pool area past 9pm that we would lose our fobs for the pool access. Out of the four different managed apartment complexes I have lived in, I would rank The Kent comfortably at the top of this list. Overall it is a very well balanced environment with an ideal apartment configuration, spacious rooms, modest prices per sq ft, stress-free parking, and a location that can't be beat for accessing everything that the town of Carmel has to offer. My husband and I were looking at a few different places to rent, but we decided to walk into the Kent one day and were instantly greeted with kindness! Shiloh greeted us and showed us some floor plan options and was very helpful through the application process as well! We could not be happier living here! Highly recommend checking it out!
Awesome management team. We have a large 1st floor porch with a gorgeous perennial garden. We are part of a community.
