I moved in a few days ago and from the start of this process it has been amazing. Mark is so awesome hands down the best tour I have ever had in an apt complex. It was not rushed at all and felt like home even before being my home. He did a personally walk through of my unit and saw something he did not like and put in a work order immediately for me. It’s an okay place, I wish I would have thoroughly observed the environment and thought things through before signing the lease, I have many things to say but to narrow it down, it’s so ridiculous that I can’t even walk out of my apartment without having to avoid duck droppings, there should be a way to have them professionally removed. On a positive note, the maintenance crew is awesome and is very responsive, new management is nice!
I have to give a shout out to Mark Japsi. He’s been such an amazing help on many occasions he’s patient, caring, and overall very professional! I’m so happy to be part of the Kensley community
Jay and Pierre are the best maintenance guys, and Mark in the main office is equally amazing and helpful.
Mark has the best personality and is such a pleasure to work with. He always has a smile on his face and is extremely professional.
