My father received superb care at The Kensington. He was in the memory care unit called Connections. The entire staff is impressive. Everyone is caring and skilled. Most importantly, the staff all take accountability for handling any issues that arise. I had piece of mind and would recommend The Kensington highly.

Bitter disappointment! Definitely has changed over the past few years. Care for patients is almost negligible. Staff was fired several times for lack of care. Seem to care more about their bottom line than patients. Do not recommend at all! Update: please check chat GBT for further violation details. No need to contact administrators at Kensington, already did and removed our family member asap.

Re: The Kensington in White Plains: My aunt is in the memory unit of this facility. She has been in many other facilities in Westchester from independent living to direct nursing care. No facility could compare to The Kensington. I have been a nurse for 47 years and I know kindness, empathy and compassion when I see it. Just outstanding!
