As a hospice nurse who visits this assisted living community regularly, I have had the privilege of seeing firsthand the outstanding care provided here. Although I am not yet a resident, everyone here has always been very respectful & professional when I visited or toured the Community. recently my Daughter & I were invited to have lunch & it was excellent! We were able to observe the Staff & their interaction with the residents. We were truly impressed. I am looking forward to becoming part of the Community at The Kensington Sierra Madre.
This is a wonderful facility with a very able and caring staff who treat the residents like they are their own family my wife is in the memory unit. She loves the activities and field trips and the wonderful caring staff who are always so involved and supportive. I am so happy about the care she is getting there.
I think the Kensington has always been a perfect addition to our little town. Elegant and understated, it is by no means cheap, but it is the best care money can buy. I met with reps on site as it was being built to inquire about prices for my elderly aunt. My neighbor’s husband, suffering from Alzheimers, positively thrived during his stay at the Kensington. Excellent staff at The Kensington Sierra Madre. Our family is very happy and grateful for tie level of care and caring that we see our mom receiving, day in and day out. Every person that shares in her caregiving responsibilities is exemplary. Mom calls The Kensington Sierra Madre “home”. She feels relaxed, comfortable and secure here.
