The Kensington has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a beautiful, well-maintained facility. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, always going out of their way to help and make everyone feel comfortable. You can truly feel the care and compassion they have for the residents. Highly recommend.
Wonderful place! Very caring team, professional, beautiful facilities and warm from the moment you walk in (Cynthia the receptionist is great!) and great with the residents! All the staff are professional and outstanding with residents. Can't name them all, but Martha Reyes & Luke up in Connections along with whole team are so loving and work so well with the residents.....
I cannot say enough about the Kensington Sierra Madre. Every single person in this community treats you like family. So caring, beautiful amenities, fantastic engaging activities. The best part is, my Dad is so excited and full of life in his new community. He absolutely loves it and will tell everyone he knows how great it is. Thank you everyone at the Kensington. We are so grateful to have been welcomed into your home.
