My parents have lived at The Kensington in Sierra Madre for 2 years now. It’s such a lovely home for them. While they miss their house in Pasadena, they have enjoyed the excellent care and the efforts to make them feel at home. They were even able to bring their 2 cats! The Kensington is a beautiful facility. Very warm and inviting as well as comforting. The staff is loving, caring, respectful, treating the residents with dignity and honor as a "family member." My husband was always ready for the day in the morning. Appreciated the resident's inclusion in activities and field trips. His room was attended to on a daily basis. Kensington is a warm lovely place for anyone that needs that tender lovely care. The staff are very helpful and they respect residences and take care of them like family. They have activities all the time and the food is very well prepared!! I recommend this facility 100% as a place that you can trust for your family.
