My parents were the very first residents of the Kensington and we have seen first hand their dedication to their residents and making everyone feel at home in their beautiful space. The staff is fantastic and greets family members with hugs as if we are all one big family. Thank you for being a chamber member and an incredible community member.
Llena doesnt respond to EMAILS, CALLS, or what not. Their receptionists are also disrespectful. We are trying to get the records of my late mom and its been months. Numerous calls, voicemails, legal document requests, STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THIS FACILITY!
Very helpful and friendly personnel. Made our visit with our loved one pleasant.
