I paid to park in this parkade and used an elevator to get to street level. I had no indication that getting back into the parkade from street level required a security code. Unfortunately, this was the only way to get back into the parkade and I was never given the access code or informed that one was needed. I was stranded above ground while my truck was stranded in the parkade. This is horrible. We are stuck in Kensington because we have no way to access our vehicle in the parking garage. The code does not work to gain access. I just paid an additional 5 dollars so our parking wouldn't expire. Soooooo angry.
This was infuriating. They will happily let you drive in without a code but once you walk through any door you are immediately locked out of the garage and if you don't have a code for the door you're SOL.
We used hangtag (the QR code) to pay, there is an access code needed to get in the door to go back to lot, but we didn't get one in our receipt... we tried calling customer service but they said we didn't need a code lol it was a very frustrating time and i don't recommend parking here as it's not kept well in that regard.
Sometimes the garage door does not open, and other times the door code you're given when you pay doesn't work. Impark will not help you, and building security will not help you, so unless you can flag someone down to get the garage door to open your car is trapped inside.
