CLOSE your doors... not happy at ALL
We boarded two cats over the Thanksgiving weekend. When we walked in to drop them off I couldn't help but notice the awful smell. At that point had I had any other option than canceling non refundable flights, etc I would have turned around and taken them home. When we picked them up their litter boxes looked like they hadn't been cleaned the entire time we were gone. We’ve had a very good experience coming from out of state. Staff has been accommodating with off hours dropoff and pickup.
False advertising! Horrible conditions. Not like the pictures on the website at all. No raised beds in kennels. (as advertised) Super cold where dogs are housed. No bedding at all. Not "climate controlled". (as advertised) Concrete floors and walls in kennels. Cold and dark. Horrible smell throughout facility. Go see it for yourself before leaving your beloved pets at this horrible facility. Anyone that cares about their animals like we do would not leave their animals here.
They take great care of our two dogs whenever we leave them here. They come home happy and healthy and the ladies here love our pitbull babies!
Nowhere else I'd send my dogs! We love The Kennels!!
