I love going to the Kennedy clinic fast and reliable service and friendly too
We came in went to the window and no body was there so we waitedfor 10 mins and still nobody came so we walked on through the door to talk to someone and and saw one nurse in a room with someone and could hear other people talking so we went back out and waited another 10 mins and finally left . I would never go to the Kennedy clinic again.
Absolute worst doctors office I have ever been to. I had been going for years. I have active insurance as well. Insurance that they take there. For some reason TennCare had not paid them. No letter has been sent my way and my insurance is still active. I have had severe swelling and pain in my feet for months now. Rather than offer to help me they told me that I would have to have Howard’s name added to my insurance card and that it would be a month or so before he could “treat me.” That was the second thing she said.
