Move in and move out experience were not good. Maintenance of the property was substandard. *** Thanks for the reply Jonathan. When the keys were handed over you should have done the move out inspection and let us know of any concerns so that we could have rectified ourself. With regards to the maintenance: there were several issues like rain water entering the apartment that was not fixed after multiple attempts.
When looking for an apartment, we wanted somewhere we felt like we were taken care of and great customer service, and The Kennedy has been nothing but amazing. Jonathan has been helping us with the moving in process and he is absolutely fabulous. His customer service was amazing and he has taken amazing care of us. Exceptional staff member who is very knowledgeable and helpful.
The team here at the Kennedy is absolutely amazing! Jonathan & Anyssa have made my transition/move so smooth. They’ve been super helpful through it all and been so sweet and just welcoming!! If you are thinking about moving here, it’s a great choice and the staff are the absolute best!!!
UPDATE: If you're a UIW student looking for a place to live, hope for good neighbors because the walls are VERY thin - you're gonna need earplugs or find other places to study. I suggest Alamo Heights area and commuting to school. Now that I moved out of here and living at a place without a noise issue, I can confidently say the reviews about thin walls were no joke. Also avoid building 7 if you end up living here because the leveling is messed up and cracks are everywhere - see attached photos. 0 star for lousy apartment co... read more
