Long over due review. Johnathan and his staff are awesome. Have been living here for a year and just renewed my lease for another year. They have a great staff and they are always making sure property is up to standards!
I have been living at the Kennedy for 2 years now and have had such a wonderful experience. Since day 1, Jonathan has gone out of his way to take care of every question and concern I've had. It is clear he truly cares about his residents as he takes the time to get to know us. Additionally, I have rarely had issues with my apartment and anytime I did, the maintenance team was consistently reliable and prompt. Would recommend the Kennedy Apartments to anyone looking in the area!
My experience living at the kennedy for the past 7 months has been excellent. The apartment has been great and the small issues I have had were all quickly addressed by the very competent and friendly property manager Jonathan. He has made every step of this process extremely smooth for me and has made my experience living here much easier.
