I've lived here since November 2025 & I cannot complain about anything really. I did have an instance of my dog being attacked by another dog late 2025 & this quickly rectified by management via lease violation for the owner, so i really felt seen & heard. The apartment itself is great & the amenities/area nearby has everything i need + 10 minutes to downtown. Absolutely love the easy access to the Greenline too. Now that I am enjoying my cozy new apartment, I would like to share my joyful experience with you! I am wholeheartedly grateful to the staff at The Kennedy Hill Apts. Jonathan, Joanna, and their team has made the process of finding and transitioning to a new home easy. I was able to tour the property, compare the different units. We just moved in and the experience was excellent. Jonathan went above & beyond to help us find the best floor plan and apartment location to meet our needs. Desirea made a unit available for us to measure beforehand and has been an amazing support person since we’ve moved in.
