We purchased a house in March with the condition of selling our house, through Ken. We had an offer from the first person to look at it and thought we were on our way to our new house. However 10 days later we found out she could not get financing. At the same time the US tariffs came in and the market tanked. Also there was another offer on the house we were buying We could have walked away from the sale. But we loved the house and decided to drop the condition of selling the house.
