I have been using Kempton for several years now. Their services have always been great. And as long as you use their Dr's, you pay little to no money out of pocket above your premium.
The Kempton Group is not paying my hospital bill for a heart attack. They are stating, very clearly in an email, that it wasn't preauthorized. Well, you got me there. I didn't call ahead and say, "I'm having a heart attack, will you approve my hospital bills?" And now, 7 months later, they are telling me I have 30 days to get them the information from the hospital myself that they need, or else the hospital will come after me to pay the bills.
