Kemp built our home. They were incredibly easy to work with and did an amazing job. They were responsive and helped walk us through requested changes and provided multiple options to accomplish goals. We had heard horror stories about home builders and them having egos that led to bad relationships with the customer, but that was never a problem with Bill and his crew. They were just awesome. So glad we went his team.
We just love our new beautiful home! Working will Bill was a pleasure. He has a good eye for beauty and a cohesive home design for sure! Bill went above and beyond to provide consistent updates on progress, especially when I was unable to be present due to medical procedures. The quality and details in a Kemp Home are impressive. The attention to detail is what elevates the finished product above its competition. I have built several custom homes, and hands down would use Kemp Homes again for my next.
Poor workmanship, defected materials throughout, not honest. All the homes I've owned never seen anything like this. Wish you could see all the patch work on our basement walls. Lawn service is another joke.
