I have been a resident here for 5 years and there has been one maintenance /supervisor Roberto who is awesome I can’t emphasize enough always kind and always concerned about any issue I have had, and the new management team in the office they are a breathe of fresh air Kelly , Susan, and the new property manager Monica like any property I feel like it has its ups and downs but I also now feel like the company finally got it right with the people in the office now. No stars, I am writing on behalf of a family member that i assisted in trying to rent here fortunately he was denied after NOW reading the reviews. This place WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!! If for any reason that your application may be denied ie. 8 year old collection with utility company. The application fee is $99 and admin I believe is $149 my cousins app was denied and this is the ONLY apartment community / company that does not refund you any money if denied STAY AWAY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY ! Empezando por la administración pésima dejamos un depósito, cuando entramos ahora resulta que no aparece en el sistemas cuando tenémos comprobante de todo son unos ladrones. Además dejamos limpio y pintado para que nos lo devolvieran. También hay cucarachas en los apartamentos y los baños y servicios son de mala calidad si piensan en rentar allí. Por experiencia les digo NO LO HAGAN

We got a call to ask us if we were still on our way to take the apartment 1306, we said yes, the day after we arrived to take the apartment and pay for it was told we had to be moved to 1245. Whilst disappointing at the time, due to a 3 day drive and having to call everyone about the changes, plus change all our USPS forwarding inc for my business as well as personal, it was frustrating, (we are still going through the changes with USPS, due to NC having a slightly different process to that of Dallas) but Shalita did great r... read more
