Attorney Laila perpetuates the negative stereotype of lawyers. I would even suggest that she committed malpractice. She did not use her fiduciary power to obtain discovery. Copying and pasting a motion to file is not enough, she needed to get the document signed by the judge and deliver to the prosecutor. Furthermore, she gets flustered and intimidated by assertive clients and colleagues.
