Staff and amenities top notch, and absolutely can’t beat the location with fantastic (and iconic) spot to watch the sunrise just steps away. Loved the option to take the bus at Church St and enjoyed the quick walk!

We loved the easy and friendly check in, the incredible attentive service of the staff both at the desk as the cleaning service. Service above and beyond. And, the record player in the room was so much fun. Great selection of music.

My husband and I stayed here recently and had a good experience overall. The downside here is that there is fragrance pumped into every space. It is very overpowering and smells like you're strolling through Abercrombie and Fitch with no escape. Even in the rooms there are scented plugs. For the price of the room ($1200/night), I would also have expected some snacks to be included, but nothing was free except water bottles. From the moment we walked in, we fell in love! What a gorgeous lobby! Tamara could not have been more delightful and accommodating. Our room was adorable, the beds were comfortable, the location perfect and we cannot wait to come back!

Good luck sleeping if you’re not on top floor. The building is cheaply built. You’ll hear the people above you stomping like they have wooden legs it’s so loud. The AC and my white noise app were no match. You also hear toilets flushing very loudly. There was a big wad of previous guest’s hair in the shower drain. Yuck. The shower also leaked onto the floor somehow. The rug under the sofa was all bunched up. No attention to detail. The room was big and spacious. The location was good.
