Quantity was too less. Protein bowl does not have the said protein or calories. White sauce was not given. Chicken quantity is very less.
Store wasn't even busy, nobody even said hi or tried taking my order after I waited at the counter for 5 minutes straight
UPDATE 9/28/25 They stopped offering their delicious kale salad. Bummer. I could look past certain things like when they raised the price of their grilled chicken skewers awhile back (which already comes with an up-charge), or that compared to other places, their portion size on sides has always been a bit smaller. Why? Because the quality is there. And the service remains wonderful. But getting rid of a healthy, flavorful kale salad for a bland Caesar? Boring.
