When I initially phoned Mr. Kearns' office, I was surprised he answered his own phone, which instantly impressed me. Mr. Kearns listened, then told me step-by-step how he wanted to proceed and the timetable. He proceeded exactly as I was told, on a very timely matter, consulted my legal question with another attorney and followed up with me when he said he would. As a client, can't ask for more. My issue was minor and solved within a couple of days at a very fair price for the peace of mind.
