Avoid this place. I am 3 weeks behind on a remodel project. They promised items were shipping and would be in from Omaha within 5 days at most. I ordered on September 18 and some of the items aren't in still, even though they told me they would be by today last week. I am constantly checking in on the status but they were not proactive about informing me on the delays, despite knowing the urgency when I made the order. We had a positive experience with Kris at KB. She was helpful and answered email in timely manner. When there were things we needed quickly, she was helpful in trying to meet our needs. Everything came as promised. One shower head had a flaw and she worked directly with the company to have a new one sent over.

Wow. I was trying to tell the lady at the store what I was looking for, and she kept trying to talk over me. And then she literally rolled her eyes at me at one point. So incredibly rude

I have been working with Kris at KB for the last few months on a project and have nothing but great things to say about the service and quality of products I have ordered and received. They have been on point with communication and professionalism. Given everything that is going on with the pandemic, I have been very impressed with the level of service and help I have received. Great showroom and product lines! Thanks for the amazing job you all have been doing!
