Thank GOD I came across this firm... I had a VERY good experience with this firm. First off, they were extremely responsive. I had so many questions and I felt very comfortable calling them any time. I had a commercial license and absolutely could not afford to get a conviction for DUI. They handled my case like professionals and ended up getting me a reduction to a "dry reckless." awesome!!! I had a great experience with this firm from the first time I contacted them. They were friendly and helpful, and my lawyer always answered my calls or got back to me immediately. I was hoping for a plea bargain but they would not give a good deal on my DUI. We went to trial and ended up with a hung jury. The DA diddnt refile, and I got off.
The Kavinoky Law Firm is awsome!! These guys handled my DUI like true professionals and they won my DMV hearing and saved my drivers license!! I recommend them to anyone who gets busted for DUI.
good deal I had a good experience with this firm. I hired them to handle my DUI charge and the attorney was responsive and got the job done. I had a BAC of 18 so I didn't think it would be a good idea to go to trial, and my lawyer agreed. The lawyer negotiated a plea bargain for me that was a way better deal than I could have gotten on my own.
Set expectations and exceeded it They told me exactly what to expect. I blew a really high BAC, and was looking at an automatic DUI. They were upfront with me, and said that the best thing any lawyer would be able to get me is a downgrade to a wet reckless. They told me that even if I don't use them, if someone gave me that kind of deal take it. I went with them anyway. My case was tough, I had blown into the preliminary alcohol device on the scene and had blown a .14, further, I had given blood at the police station. Rip off artists Terrible overpriced reprensentation. Save your money and if you need an attorney go to the local bar association. In my DUI experience the Kavinoky Law Firm was the worst part of it.
